PETNUTRA Returns Policy

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Although we believe PETNUTRA is beneficial for all dogs, if you find that it's not for you, simply request a refund within 90 days of your purchase via email.

PETNUTRA takes at least 4-6 weeks to show benefits for most dogs. Before you decide whether it's right for your pet, we recommend feeding PETNUTRA G-Loop for at least a month. If you need help or have questions about feeding, feel free to reach out to our support team.

To Start a Return and Refund Request:

1. Send an email to support@petnutra.com to start the process.
2. Include your name, original order number and the reason for the return and refund request.
3. Expect a response back within 2 business days. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
